EA Sports Grand Slam Tennis brings unparalleled realism and excitement as 23 legends of the game, including Roger Federer, John McEnroe, Boris Becker and Serena Williams, compete to reach the pinnacle of world tennis - victory on the Grand Slam circuit.

The Wii Remote will become your racquet, its unique responsiveness meaning that the armoury of shots at your disposal perfectly mirrors the real game. Unleash a powerful backhand or load a forehand with top spin; wrongfoot the opponent with a perfectly placed lob then race to the net to volley for victory; or hit a delicate drop shot to end a marathon rally. You can choose to focus on your shots by using only the Wii Remote, or plug in the Nunchuk to control player positioning as well.

To add a whole new level of fidelity, EA Sports Grand Slam Tennis is compatible with the Wii MotionPlus accessory which will give precise one-to-one correspondence between your movements of the Wii Remote and your on-screen racquet, allowing you to take full control over ball placement.

You can play either as a legend of the sport or create your own player to take to Grand Slam victory. Multiplayer mode lets you play with up to three friends or you can connect online to take on new opponents in singles and doubles games. To make the action even more lively, a group of friends can compete in one of the dozen fun party games on offer, all based on real tennis academy exercises.
